My husband and I went on a tour of available apartments with Stephanie Locke. The apartments were bigger than I expected and the complex was smaller and more homey than the larger facilities we had looked at prior to coming here. Stephanie was great. She was informative and easy to talk with. She gave us loads of information about pricing and availability. It was an enjoyable encounter.

She took the time to make sure my clients fully understood all the rules regulations and helped us with special requests she was incredibly patient and thorough while we worked through all the paperwork. Very Nasty Place!!!!!!!! We had a very worse experience there for 1 year. After we moved, they continue to ship their nasty advertising to my current apartment. Very Nasty Place!!!!!!!! Worst Place to live in Big Boston Area. We had a very worse experience there for 1 year. Stefanie Yelled at us on a phone call to threaten us that they will collect on us when I ask for an early termination. Brian, the district manager, was the one who covered Stefanie’s rude inappropriate behavior. We failed to file a complaint to the apartment management company because the complaint finally reached back to Brian again. After we moved, they continue to ship their nasty advertising to my current apartment. Seems like they try to ship their notoriously SCAMMING ADVERTISING to every apartment in Chelsea

We’ve lived here for a year and just re-signed! The building is well maintained, fairly priced for all of the added amenities, and in a great location. Ivana has been particularly wonderful! From the beginning, she made touring and applying so easy and exciting. She continues to answer every question and solve every problem we have. She also always makes sure to say hi when we see her around! Thank you Ivana!
