Parkside At Town Center Apartments

I have been living in Georgia 5 years and I have nothing but horrible experiences I’ve been staying in Parkside for the last 3 years and I have had nothing but amazing experiences! Ms.Rosyland is literally an angel on earth and Nicole is equally as amazing . They are always available and I’ve never seen them not smiling or in a good mood always happy to help us with whatever it is we need .They are always making sure ever resident needs are met and everything is exactly how the pictures and descriptions say. The maintenance team is by far the most amazing maintenance I’ve ever dealt with they come extremely fast like within a hour honestly less than that and everyone always is smiling and so helpful. I genuinely appreciate every single person that works in the complex this has been nothing

Faucet was fixed and thankful, but the handle movement is going in the opposite direction. Didn't want to call and have it redone since it's at least working. Addendum: Well, they replaced the entire faucet!😊 I was very thankful, although I would have managed. The ladies at Parkside are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I think they are the BEST! They've always been courteous and kind to me and I am happy to call it my home (for now)!

Mrs. Rosalind is very humble,nice, patient and understanding. That other lady in the office Nicole is something else, I prefer not even to communicate with her. Her demeanor is horrible. She definitely doesn’t have ppl skills and very unprofessional. Who runs to social media to subliminally post about tenants? I received a screenshot from a fellow tenant SMH These 5 🌟 reflect on Mrs. Rosalind and Steffon’s work ethic.

February 26 or 27, 2025 maintenance and management requested to fix my bathtub because of a leak gong to the apartment below me. On March 1, 2025 I came home to the sign in the first photo. Less than a month later the “fixed” bathtub is worse than before (see the following photos). Below is the maintenance request I put in the portal: Parkside Maintenance Request - 3/27/2025 The seal on the bathtub floor is peeling and bunching. As discussed with the leasing agents in the office, I will need a functioning bathtub by April 9, 2025, due to an upcoming medical procedure. I will need to be able to sit in a functioning bathtub and not shower. I had to rearrange my life and reschedule my medical procedure the first time I was without a functioning tub and shower, which cost me. I cannot afford

Maintenance is supposed to check fire alarms in apartment. They send out notice to put up dogs or lock them up. We put our dog in the bedroom where there are no smoke detectors or fire alarms. Maintenance man walking all through our apartment opening doors and going in to bedrooms and ran into my dog. Next I get a letter from the apartments talking about a warning because my dog was aggressive. I put the dog up like we were supposed to. Im not sure why the Maintenance guy is going through all the rooms. I dont trust somebody in my apartment ever no matter who it is. And it just goes to show why. Bro going through our bedrooms claiming they checking fire alarms.
