Parkside at the Highlands Apartments

I love it here, moving in was super easy. The office staff was always available and answered all my questions. My leasing agent was Kristen, she made me feel like a resident from the moment I walked into confirm my online application. The other leasing agent Celeste was really nice too! Shout to the manager Janice as well, I know I wasn’t the easiest move in, and my excitement to move into my studio was abundant. But she also made sure that everything went smooth. I appreciate all the time the staff took to make me feel welcome. After talking to other residents, I’m so happy to call this home. Gorgeous complex, superb management and excellent maintenance. I never once received any notices nitpicking me to death as I had in my previous apartment back in New Jersey. Spacious and loaded workout facility, relaxing pool, and reliable climate control within the apartment itself. The only reason I am moving out is because I am moving in with my girlfriend, otherwise I'd stay right here. Glad I got opportunity to see it in the snow! Short driving distance from several shopping centers and restaurants, a theater and a bowling alley, liquor shops and so on. Enjoyed going on a stroll along the wide, well maintained sidewalks as well. Living here has made me feel like I could breathe again; I can't recommend it highly enough.

Best in the area! The office and maintenance staff are always so kind arlnd hard working! The pool and gym are always kept so clean! I highly recommend living at Parkside. We live in a 3 bedroom apartment and it is so spacious and the management team always hosts the best resident events. Not to mention best places to take pictures 🤗

I love living here! It has been the greatest experience. Kristen, Janice and Kodi make Parkside at the highlands. They go above and beyond everyday. Kodi does a great job fixing things whenever I have an issue in my apartment. Janice and Kristen do wonderful things and host amazing events for our community. I couldn’t recommend this complex enough. Janice and Kristen constantly meet and raise my expectations of what our community should be. If anyone disagrees they are severely misguided. It’s officially been a month since I’ve moved in and honestly they have been very helpful especially since this is a new chapter in my life. Kristen and Celeste just amazing humans❤️. They’ve made me feel welcome since day one and I knew this was the place for me! Even down to the maintenance guy (I forgot his name in terrible at remembering) he was helpful and went above and beyond! Thank youuuu !!
