Parkside Apartments

Parkside has become a great place to live since the new ownership and management took over. Everything is super clean and well taken care of and the new maintenance is just awesome. Really enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone.

After living here for 2 years, I have to brag on the office staff. Jeannie and Keisha were absolutely amazing. No matter the situation, they always went above and beyond to help resolve issues and were quick to address any concerns. Even when it was clear there were limits to what they could do due to changes in higher management, they remained professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about the residents. Their dedication made a huge difference in my overall experience at the complex.

If you’re looking for a great location that’s quiet and offers a bit more privacy, Parkside Apartments is the perfect spot. The pool is a great place to unwind, there’s a dog park for pets, and having onsite laundry is a huge plus. Management is responsive and genuinely cares—Jeannie is especially kind and always quick to help with anything that comes up. Best value! Highly recommended.

The new ownership has done a lot at Parkside. They really seem to care and have made many improvements. The staff is also awesome and have been very helpful! Jeannie and Keisha are amazing and the maintenance man Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly!
