It’s not even possible to give this complex 0 stars. If you are desperate I urge you to find another place to live. The property managers do not care for their residents or their property for that matter. I’ve had people try to break in through my window by cutting the screen, stealing my sons bike I bought for his birthday, people breaking in to my car stealing all of my personal documents and card spent all of my money even negative my bank account nothing has been done about it. I’ve had the same chairs infront of my property for 2 almost 3 years and I receive an eviction notice stating the told me prior to remove by which is completely false. Not to mention every 6 weeks an inspection they come in to the apartment and instead of them inspecting the unit they are in or touching you pers

My mother stay there. I'm September my mom went to turn in information about her income change. The property manager was at her car so my mom asked was this the right paper she need. The property manager called my mom a lie and had words with my mom outside and told her "she will give her a 30 day notice to move". She my mom called the property manager supervisor to report what happen. And it took a few weeks before the property manager supervisor to contact her back. Now the supervisor had my mom to sign a paper that was talking about back pay so the property manager supervisor said, BUT when my mom got home and got her glasses the paper she sign was talking about damages to her apt. ( which there is no damages to the apt). So my mom call and told her the paper said damages instead of bac

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Inspections every 6 weeks. Property Managers are very rude. They will lie and say you owe back pay and you really dont. That's they way of getting money from you and the Government but really they cant charge a tenant 2 rents. This place is horrible to stay and I wished I never stayed here. And some of the people that has been staying there for years are horrible. They will complain and smile in your face. I would not recommend this place for no one to stay!

This place is not worth it at all ...the management here is disgusting... The property management is a very big lier .. especially when it comes down to HUD guidelines.. the Big property management is always hiding and never show face ..the other one is very quick to say its out of her hand ...do not go and rent ..nevet fix anytjing shes very quick to lie and say it has nothing to do with them when it does ...the pipe lines are old there's always floods that they dont want to go and fix .and they will messed up ur name to the point where u won't be able to rent out here again...this place needs to be shut down or those people really need to be fired ..I give this place 0 stars ...and the so called property management will come into ur unit without u knowing snoop around and the so called

The office personnel always changes because of some off the wall scheme going on behind the scenes, maintenance halfway does there job (if there is one) it takes forever to get a response when you have questions or if you expect something to change soon
