LJ, Ciera, and Crystal were absolutely amazing — professional, friendly, and genuinely excited to show me everything the community has to offer. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the amenities, and walk me through the floor plans in detail. You can tell they really care about their residents and take pride in the property. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained — it really feels like a place you could call home. If you’re looking for a new apartment, I highly recommend stopping by The Park at Utoy Creek and asking for LJ, Ciera, or Crystal. You’ll be in great hands!

The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near everything I need — shopping, restaurants, and quick access to the city. The apartments themselves are stunning — modern finishes, spacious layouts, and a clean, updated design that truly feels like home. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure the community stays safe and welcoming. The purpose of this review is to warn others about the negative experience at parks at utoy creek. Cleanliness standards are appalling, and management shows a lack of concern. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THSES APARTMENT TO ANY ONE.

I moved into an uninhabitable unit with known, pre-existing heating and electrical issues that were not disclosed prior to move-in. Maintenance (Lamar) attempted to “fix” the heat and removed burnt wiring, later confirming that the entire heating system needed replacement. Despite this, I was told the issue was fixed. When it clearly was not, I was told that a heater had been purchased “from Walmart” to accommodate me. I later learned this statement was false. After three months without working heat during winter, a vendor finally came out and confirmed that the issue was not repairable and that the system was outdated and required replacement. Prior to this, the “auto fan” had been turned on to make it appear that the system was functioning, even though the heat itself did not work. The

I have been without reliable heat in my apartment for approximately three months. Maintenance has attempted to fix the central heat multiple times (at least four), but each repair has been temporary and the heat continues to fail after only a few hours. Due to the lack of reliable heat, maintenance provided me with a space heater as an emergency measure. Management is now demanding that I return the heater and is threatening to charge me $75 per day, despite admitting the central heat repair is temporary and unreliable. I returned the heater after both male maintenance reps came to my unit telling me to return it to be placed in an elderly couples unit. This now escalates further into a sanitary issue; so to avoid further fees and escalation I returned the heater & purchased my own.
