Parkridge Place Apartments

I have lived here for 1.5 years. I have had zero issues. Yes, it is apartment life and every now and then you can hear neighbors, but that life anywhere and the noise is never extreme. Most noise comes from people racing on the freeway. Any issues or repairs are quickly resolved. No security issues at all, and the one time I had to call APD due to a transient showing up they were here in less than 5 minutes. Only complaint is not the fault of the complex- pool shuts down early in the year but the city forces them to close it early. Lost about 1.5 months of good swimming weather, but again, they were doing what was required by the city. Yes, it is an older property but well taken care of, quiet, and I am not bothered by solicitors, rowdy parties, drunks or dopers. I look forward to renew

I moved in here a little over a year ago and I will admit I was hard on them and I left a couple of bad reviews. But I renewed my lease because #1 Safety. It’s very important in this day and time and I feel it here. #2 they are strict on their guidelines. No foil on the windows, balconies can’t be littered and if they catch you throwing cigarette butts on the ground that is terms for being fined. I love it!! They have cut back all of the dead limbs from the trees and added fresh paint. Scenery is very important to me. It has to be peaceful or I just can’t. Attached is the picture I took while walking my dog. It’s like its own neighborhood. Why not the five star review? Mainly because maintenance is still a little slow about getting things fixed. Other than that I call this home.

Quiet place, we were there a short time but enjoyed living there. They kept up with the grounds really well and have covered/assigned parking. The property managers are attentive & always so helpful. We will miss them! If they had 3 bedroom options we would have gladly stayed longer.

An overall great apartment complex. 10' ceilings, full size washer and dryer connections. Friendly staff.

I lived here for 6 months, and it was one of the lowest I felt in my life. The apartment has like zero natural light, so it was dark all the time. The water shut offs happened like once a week. Went the entire 6 months without a closet door because they repeatedly said they’d send someone to fix it but never did. They moved us into the wrong apartment to begin with so we had carpet in the bathrooms when we originally were not supposed to. They did honor it and rip it out and replace with laminate, but 3 months later…halfway into the lease. They never repainted parking spots. So many pot holes. Didn’t do anything except send an email about continuous stinky dog poop outside my apartment. I had mold from a leak growing in my bathroom that they knew about the entire time, but they “treated it
