I’ve had a great experience so far with the new property management. Having lived here for a few years now, the difference between the previous management and the current team is incredible. From the start, they’ve been friendly and professional. Cheyenne greeted us with a smile and was incredibly welcoming, and Ray was also very easy to work with and just as friendly. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that truly cares about their residents. I would absolutely recommend this property to others and I already have.

I've been living here for a while now and I can say without a doubt that this is a great community to live in. Every time I've had a new maintenance issues it has always been taken care of in a timely manner. The property is always clean management takes tenant concerns seriously and as long as you don't cause any problems you will always have a great experience here. There's honestly nothing bad I can say about this place. The polls are kept clean the Jacuzzi runs hot and grills work as they should. There is a real sense of community in this neighborhood people keep to themselves but are generally friendly.

2 stars, and that is still generous. One full star goes to the front desk lady because she is genuinely awesome and somehow keeps this place running with a straight face. The second star is sympathy. Everything else is a masterclass in how not to run a property. First off, this place is wildly overpriced for what you get. The stairs wobble like they are considering early retirement. Every trip upstairs feels like a physics experiment mixed with a prayer. It is honestly impressive they are still standing. Now the real fun part, the payment system. When new management took over, the system apparently broke and nobody bothered to really fix it. My roommate’s rent did not get pulled even though they have never been late. A late fee magically appears. They are told the late fee will be remov

New management is awesome, I can’t express enough of how much of a difference it is living here! The property looks amazing, the new owners clearly care about upkeep and maintenance!! What specifically stands out is the maintenance staff, especially Danny. He is prompt, friendly and always goes above and beyond. Cheyanne in the front office is also amazing. She is extremely helpful and polite, whereas in the past I have had trouble with old management.

I have lived here almost 6 months and I am so happy. The apt has tons of space and storage galore, washer/dryer, walk in closet, very nice grounds . The staff is so nice and helpful and the maintenance men have all done a great job fixing things and are super nice and respectful!!! Would definitely recommend this place to other people!!
