Parkhaven Apartments

From the moment you step onto the property, you can tell it’s a community that’s cared for. The grounds are well-maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is incredibly convenient to everything Charlotte has to offer. that really sets Parkhaven apart is the management and maintenance team. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and communication from the office is clear and consistent which makes a huge difference. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and feel like home. It’s rare to find a place that balances affordability, location, and quality service so well.

Very unprofessional management company that is ran out of a UPS Store mailbox. Very hard to get in touch with anybody in corporate to report their employees rudeness and misconduct. They need to make sure maintenance is picking up the dog feces on the property. It's s gross and a health hazard. This property needs a lot of work done to it. There are much better apartments in the area. This property is not very well maintained. Especially the laundry room and gym.

No permanent office manager yet, some of the residents don't follow the lease arrangements, some residents fix cars here, not allowed , residents with children dont keep an eye on there children and some residents with dogs don't pick up behind them. Its gated,but always broken, This use to be a pretty clean and normal place. It can be a better place to live, if owners would do inspections of the property. All residents should be on the same page.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This complex is heavily roach and termite infested. It has a severe German roach infestation. The apts are very old and outdated. On top of that the live in onsite maintenance guy was reported for stealing from tenants apts. He wasn't fired and still lives on the property with access to all the apts. Which the shady management company that runs this place knows violates tenants leases to have a known thief employed entering their apts. This property needs new management asap. Most of the real reviews are farther down over a year. Would NEVER recommend.

Former tenant who lived in these apartments for about two years. The first year was decent and the property manager Ms. Millie was great. Whenever she was left every thing went downhill. First of all, these apartments are in need of SERIOUS renovations. They could use some new paint, new carpet, appliances, etc. Another thing is the cockroach problem. I never invited anyone over because of the infestation. They would even find ways to get into the appliances. They sent out exterminators (although I have only seen them once) but there was literally no change. Mind you, there was a monthly fee for pest control. Secondly, most of the apartments have no W/D hookups. Either you could pay for the community laundry mat (where the machines were constantly out of order and no hot water) or take
