Parkhaus Apartments

I have lived here going on three years now, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Amazing staff that communicates promptly and efficiently, perfect location in the heart of downtown, great community that feels welcoming and uplifting. So grateful I made my choice to call my Parkhaus my Parkhome!

I’ve had an exceptional experience at Parkhaus apartments so far. Being right next to campus is huge for me as I don’t have a car so I am able to walk to all of my classes as well as all of the football and basketball games. Great gym, balcony view of campus, and large green space. Highly recommend for UNL students!

The location of Parkhaus is the best out of any apartment complex in Lincoln for students and often closer to classes than most of the dorms! There is also a sense of community at parkhaus with many events for residents. The apartments are very modern and I love the balcony!

This is my second year living here and I haven’t been disappointed. Super convenient location to campus. Clean gym and green space for hanging out and grilling. Maintenance takes care of any issues really quickly.

Parkhaus is a really fun place to live. The green space is perfect for tanning, grilling, and playing games. Management is nice and always has fun things for the residents. My favorite part about Parkhaus is how close it is to campus, I don’t have to walk so far to class!
