Parkgrove Apartments

This place has been wonderful. Management is SO friendly, they been on top of any maintenance I’ve needed, the grounds are very well kept and it’s quiet. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean. Close to so many walking paths and a little coffee shop that’s nearby you can walk to. It’s been a great place to live.

My family & I moved in mid last year and let me tell you I have never experienced such a compassionate and friendly management team at an apartment complex as I do here! From filling out my application to getting approved and moving in, it was a smooth process and they are great with communication! They host little events to show their gratitude to us tenants! Everyone from the front office team to maintenance make sure to wave and say ‘hello’ if they see you.😊 They have many great amenities as well! For example, they have a gym that’s in great condition, a pool that has some tall trees around which is wonderful in that summer heat, and if you have children as I do, they have a nice park as well as a basketball court! Having moved here in May, we are just now beginning to appreciate the many benefits of living at Parkgrove Apartments. Price and location are the first two that come to mind. We also appreciate the design of the buildings and the layout of the landscaped grounds around us. Close to shopping and healthcare. Overall a great place to live!

Great place to move in! Even if you just moved here to Oregon. The area is well maintained , people are friendly ,as well as the staff and maintenance. If you have a child or a pet they have parks and place for you animal.

Sean took over management there and the property has been extremely well maintained. Sean is easily accessible if I ever need anything he is always happy to help. The property is looking amazing and better than ever!
