Parkgate Apartments

A man was murdered out here last night. I don't feel safe when I'm here. Nobody is enforcing any quality of life concerns, ppl blast music all day and night. They cant keep staff. KC we have to do better.

Been here 4 yrs now all the sudden we have to pay rent by a app 10 dollar fee to pay rent and you can only pay what they say u owe then they come after you for not paying rent when it's the app that don't work. The manger shows favoritism you cant go above her head with compliments no one to go to I really want to talk to someone over her head she sucks at her job

No more on site washers and dryers and it’s hot this way and they’ve raised the rent in increments at least three times within the almost two years of being there. Best property manager we had quit… that’s number four. No security nor maintenance man available atm Section 8 friendly but honestly it’s about the money the rent has risen from 750 to 802 to 850 since the past winter

The property manager Tom is absolutely the best! The grounds are regularly kept,and any and all maintenance request are handled promptly. Our maintenance expert Ryan is also a great asset. Count on either one of them for a wave hello and a friendly smile. Thanks guys!

this place is ridiculous. you pay app fee and get approved only to have the apartment taken from up under you for someone else who applied after you. told management we were on the way to pay deposit and because someone walked in with a deposit 30 mins before we got there now its gone. that's trashy business.
