My daughter & I came for a Spring Break. We love calm & quiet places that we can rest and enjoy pool & beaches. Parker & Kaufman accommodated our last minute reservation very promptly. The Villa was super cute and had everything we needed. Location is great, lots of parking lot. The island is beautiful and was not crowded which we loved it!! Jekyll island has a lot of historic sites and we also visited some famous places. We really recommended this place.

I knew ahead of time that the towel and toiletries were limited, as advertised, but just wanted to take the opportunity to voice how inconvenient it is. There were only 3 of us staying and we were literally only left 3 towels, <1 full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, <l full roll of paper towels and no trash bags beyond the initial one. This was a 3 bedroom condo. I could have easily booked as a family of 6 or more which I should have done just to get an extra towel each. Really, 3 towels for 7 days to be used for the showers, beach and pool. How inconvenient to wash/dry towels twice per day (with our own laundry soap of course). Just charge me a little extra (although for the cost of our rental this shouldn’t be necessary) for these conveniences. We flew on a plane to get here and d

The home we rented at Ocean Oaks was beautiful and we loved it. However I think their staff did not do a good job with customer service. There was practically no communication leading up to the time we were about to stay there. I didn't know if I needed to pick up the key or use a lock box to get in. I emailed and called to find out about that. No one ever returned my call or email. I finally found in tiny print at the bottom of the contract that I needed to pick up the key. When we went to pick up the key the ladies were rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience to them that I was getting the key. They said they rental wasn't ready yet even though it was the time the key was supposed to be ready and made me wait another hour even though the maid was done at the house. The house was

We stayed in unit 208 of Villas by the Sea. There were positives and negatives. The positives: —the unit was overall quiet. Thankfully we did not have noisy neighbors above. —quick walk to the beach —A/C was sufficient —bathroom was clean —no evidence of the bugs you don’t want to see when staying away from home (bed bugs, German roaches). We of course saw a few ants, millipedes, mosquitos. The type of thing that sneaks in when a door is opened. The negatives: —well, I guess everyone has their own idea of clean. I would describe this unit as being dingy. It’s in desperate need of a good top to bottom deep cleaning. There were cobwebs with dead bugs clinging to the overhead kitchen light, the walls and ceilings in the bedroom, the baseboards and corners. Gunk on the side of the fridge and

I had an excellent experience with Parker-Kaufman. The house I rented was clean and comfortable. I had very few questions, but they were all cheerfully answered. I can't for the life of me think of what I would want them to change. I'd use them again without hesitation.
