I am happy to say Park Laurel apartments rental office team and maintenance team all do an amazing job. There is not one time I can say that I walk into the office and see the office team ready and eager to help me. ( sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name) The same with the maintenance team. I would just like to say I appreciate the office team and the Maintenance team. When I first moved here Marquis was so helpful and he walked me through every step. That is such a plus when everyone on the office Team is very pleasant and helpful. Sorry I don’t know everyone’s by name but I am so thankful I chose this place. Also my first encounter with the Maintenance manager Mr. Lewis very helpful and pleasant to me at all times. Thank you all so much!!!

Lewis and the rest of the maintenance team did a great job clearing the roads and parking lots during the snow storm. The team was outside working hard all day and even helped residents shovel out their cars. Very appreciative!! Fran and Bryan in the leasing office are always very helpful too!

I am a future resident moving to Parke laurel apartments. I decided to move to this property because of Mr Lewis the maintenance supervisor. There were so many good reviews about his work from the residents. I just went to see for my self. Today I did my tour and I love the apartment. Mr Lewis had done an outstanding job with the preparation of the unit. It was absolutely perfect. I am excited to move here. Thank You All At Parke Laurel

I want to give a shoutout to the maintenance guys Louis, Carlos, Marvin, and Alex for doing an excellent job clearing the snow from our parking lots and walkways. The quick response and thorough work made it much safer for residents to get in and out. Great customer service is truly appreciated—thank you for keeping our community a priority and thank you for going above and beyond!

I experienced an ongoing issue with my washer and dryer that required multiple maintenance requests and an email to management before it was fully resolved. While it took some persistence, I appreciate that the situation was ultimately addressed. I’d especially like to thank Lewis for following up with me and making sure everything was taken care of. His communication and attention to the issue made a difference, and I’m glad the problem was resolved.
