Wish I could give no stars. Came from New York (caught my eye because it was close to the metro north and closer to the city). First and foremost false advertising. They advertise one bedrooms as $1600/mo and two bedroom as $1800/mo. This is untrue. a 1BR is $1800/mo and an 2BR is $2000/mo. They charge you the latter price for your deposit. They do not tell you this until after you’ve already signed a lease. On the lease they use sneaky language to hide it. They also advertised that security/concierge will be on site from 9am-2pm, 4pm-12am. This is also untrue. The 2nd shift rarely (if ever) shows up which leads to your packages/delivery being denied and of course lack of security which is crucial for a neighborhood such as this one.
