Park Winds Apartments

I lived here in 2019 and now made application to come back. The new manager Reike is so kind and has a beautiful soul. The units now are fresh and halls clean. He greeted many residents by name. There are new washer and dryer on each floor and the app is easy to use. Look forward to moving back

This property has lost the best manager this place has had in my 7+ years here. Definitely the best since these new corporate owners took over. Probably because they discriminated against him frequently. Reike was the only manager that ever cared about us residents since these new corporate owners took over. Corporate can't keep their books correct and overcharges the residents. There is no management on site. There is no maintenance on site. The security doors have been broken for months. So people just walk into the buildings at will. They don't do anything about the known drug dealers at this complex, to the point there are fentanyl overdoses in the buildings and parking lot. This is not a safe place to live since these new corporate owners have taken over. Anytime someone comes in and

I have lived here 7 years and we have the best manager ever Reike! I pray we can keep him happy because he gets the job done. Management, maintenance, safety, parking and laundry aregood. No pests nor bugs and the new cleaning crew is doing great. Thank you for making my lucky 7 great!

I finally found my old apartment manager. These apartments don’t know who they have yet. He will turn this around and make it safe and beautiful and family friendly I may have to apply.. Sure to be safe friendly and clean. The pictures are a beautiful resemblance of his character. Im confident no other complex gives carroage rides for the holidays.

Prior review Visited the property today for a showing with my niece. The manager apologized for his first week there yet took us on a showing of a 1 and two bedroom apartment after offering us some coffee or bagels. Units are spacious, and in need of some updates perhaps a tiled backsplash or black appliances would look sharp. Units seemed quiet however was a school day and no kids around. We were urged to make application as there are units coming available and the no application fee was attractive however the hall carpets are a dead give away at not today.
