Ms. Sophia is absolutely amazing!!!! She is truly an angel. Ms. Sophia made my move in so smooth and she's always been so patient, kind, and would always follow up on anything that was needed for the move in when it came to my paperwork. My apartment looked absolutely amazing on my move in and she made sure all my needs are met. I truly am so thankful for Ms. Sophia and her professionalism and especially her kindness.

I had amazing experience with the property manager Sophia! She was super helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable through out my entire application process! She made it super easy for me and was always available and happy to assist me whenever I had any questions or concerns!

The staff at Park West are truly amazing. From the employees I have interacted with, including the maintenance crew, I can honestly say these individuals will go over and beyond to get the job done. Sophia, who is the property manager, always addressed my concerns and take pride in her position to make sure to get the job done. Terrel, who is within the maintenance crew at the establishment is very professional and knows what he is doing. I am truly pleased with this community and I wanted to express how much they are appreciated. Friendly, professional and always willing to help.
