Park West I & II

My daughter and I have lived here since 2021. We have really enjoyed both of the units we have lived in. Jim in maintenance , is always great and super helpful. Crissy is also great and has been very kind/helpful through the years. Rent is fair, especially for the area.

I've lived here for 6 months and it is great. Safe location, good sized apartments that are well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and snow removal is quick as well. Management is responsive as well. Water is paid for by management. Quiet place to live but has a lot of kids, parents keep it quiet usually.

I am not a resident. But I am writing this because of frustration. I applied and presented all required documents and payments. I make enough despite that “3 times the rent” rule is stupid because most jobs don’t pay you that in a month . I was denied because of credit score- to which just recently changed due to buying a new vehicle, now a days everything is based on credit no matter if you make enough or can afford the place. This place would have been perfect as I’m about to have a baby and it’s in a great area and well kept but management is fairly unprofessional and poor communication skills - I dealt with Crissy- I’m unsure why she never answered the phones but only communicated through text with me because that’s very unprofessional in my opinion. If I had an option to leave no star I would prefer to do that! Apartment is a pretty good one and the environment as well but the management is very rude and highly charged us when we left even though we spent like a week to clean the apt better than how it was given to us!! Management is not even taking the calls when we try to reach them to check on the charges they put!! Pls better think twice before you get in here!!!

Came home from work one day and found drugs on my apartment floor. Took to the property manager who refused to change my locks. Then I went and bought a camera so if someone was in my apartment again, I'd have proof. So I emailed the property owners, Knapp Properties, to ask for them to pay for the camera and they refused to do that. They even went so far to say that the drugs belonged to myself or my girlfriend. Do NOT live here. They don't care about your safety.
