Park Vue by Ashton Woods

Excellent Community right across ATL’s largest green space, the Westside Park. Luxurious townhomes built by the renowned builder Aston Woods in an upscale gated community. Their pristine 2-3 storied townhomes feature a spacious open floor plan with upgraded fixtures. Located close to everything from Atlanta’s best parks and entertainments. 10-15 minutes from GA Tech, GSU, Aquarium, Mercedes Benz stadium and metro station.

Happy with the community and the build of the home. Property Manager is helpful and responsive. My issue is after point of sale. The customer service is "assembly line" style where in anything that is needed up and to the point of sale, people are very-responsive, afterwards, it falls very flat very fast. We have an issue in which landscapers cut our internet cables for our building, and I brought it to the attention of proper park vue resources and we were told to contact AT&T for an issue that was out of control. Also, it doesn't help that we were without internet for a lengthy time. It would be 5 out of 5, if customer service improves.

Park Vue is a nice community with good amenities, and is very family and pet friendly friendly.

Hopefully the not having water in the complex issue is not something frequent with the construction
