Park Villas Apartments

As someone mentioned before this is a scam. How do you charge $100 for application fee and $85 for background? Soooo....why can't y'all just take the $85 from the $100 if that's the case? Then ONLY you will get the money back on your rent if you're denied for ONLY income purposes? So if my credit score isn't high enough then I just lost $100? Can you imagine how many ppl they've done this to? I wish they had laws like NY to protect renters bc I can see these southern states get to do whatever and it's like accept it or don't. Shame

SCAM ALERT ⚠️ The application fee Is $185.00. The point here is, I NEVER would have EVER filled-out that application... and given them so much information...... (MY IDENTITY) If I would have known that. I DON'T HAVE $185.00 to just give someone based on a pipe dream, that SOMEDAY I might get an apartment here !! I am an old handicapped lady living on social security!! YOU WON'T BE TOLD ABOUT THIS BY ANYONE YOU SPEAK TO IN-PERSON. You won't find out until you are completely done, filling out an hour long application, on line. While you are exhausted towards the end of this hideous application...you will sign a paper_ saying that they can sell your identity to 3rd parties !! The apartment I veiwed smelled like cigatettes and I am allergic to tobacco and the clocks on the computers in the computer room were an hour eairlier than the correct time. I was an hour late at work.
