Park View Apartments

I had a short team lease at Parkview from spring to fall. I moved from out of town and it was a good location to get to know the area and take time to find a neighborhood to live. The location has great bus access and connects to strip district and oakland, downtown. The t is about a ten minute walk as well as access to the north shore. Green space is really important to me and there is a tiny park within the complex and It's surrounded by a larger green space with lake Elizabeth. The aviary, children's museum, Andy Warhol museum, planetarium, Theater, sports arenas are within walking distance. I’ve lived here for about two months now, and overall, I’m very happy. First, the leasing manager, Audrey, was great — super helpful during the touring process and made moving in easy. Move in day was smooth, my apartment was clean and in great condition, and they even reserve an elevator for you which made unloading much easier. The amenities are nice; I use the gym regularly, and the office spaces are great for working from home. Both are rarely crowded during the day, which I really appreciate. My floor is generally quiet, and the staff does a great job keeping everything clean — I see them every few days cleaning my hallway or the lobby. The front desk team is always friendly and welcoming. Maintenance has also been kind and very responsive, despite what some other reviews might sugg

I’ve lived in PV1 for a little over a year now. There’s so many great things about this apartment, the location, price, rooftop, on-site laundry ($2 to wash $2 to dry), etc. However, inside my apartment is a completely different story. Just a handful of bad experiences. For example, my garbage disposal wasn’t working- it would suck everything down then everything and more would come back up and just sit in the sink. I had maintenance come multiple times to look at this, it was finally fixed on the third/fourth visit. However, the underneath of my sink including everything under it, was completely soaked. Another example, I was cleaning my bathroom and a HUGE dead roach was dead under my bath mat- I’ve never had an issue with roaches and am very clean. Lastly, tonight I was showering, the f

Hey!!! I love Pittsburgh. I’m originally from West Coast Cali & my personal experience living at Park View apartments has been Very pleasant. Maintenance staff were always very prompt with any issues that needed attention and respectful. I’ve received nothing but professional and helpful service from All staff and 24 hr. concierge. This location is very convenient to all connecting roads and highways. I loved the diverse professional residents at Park View apartments and indefinitely made me feel much less West Coast Cali home sick.

I’ve been here for 4 months and had a wonderful experience. Shawn helped me find a great studio apartment that has turned into home! The front desk attendants are always very pleasant, saying hello and good morning. I definitely feel safer knowing they’re there 24/7 and appreciate the care they put into their work. Additionally, I’ve found maintenance to be responsive. The proximity to downtown is awesome, it’s only a short walk across the bridge before you can be in market square. Plus, in the summertime you get a great view of pnc fireworks! The rooftop deck, parking, and exercise facilities are definitely a bonus on top of everything else. Not to mention, everyone seems to have cute dogs! I’m thankful to have had a soft landing here after moving to a new city.
