Park View Apartments, Covington, GA

We have been staying since July 2020 and found this place , it’s on the Martin Luther king jr Road (Covington Bypass). Well maintained apartments Thanesha Sorrels is very nice Lady who is the Leasing Agent and manager. She is very helpful and supportive, and so are her colleagues and Team .

Ms Thanesha Was amazing I am thankful for her help yall go see her she is definitely a top notch property manager😌

Please do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. there’s only one maintenance guy he’s overworked the leasing office lady is rude they don’t do anything about your concerns we have mold growing in our ceiling, windows and the shower. the amenities which we pay for are not worth it at all the park is broken and more than half the equipment in the gym doesn’t work except for the treadmill there are so many restrictions on the pool there are stray cats everywhere and trash. everything is so poorly maintained and there’s a rat in our ac closet which comes out and goes back in whenever it wants and they haven’t done anything about it. overall I want to give them a 0 star rating but that’s not possible so.

I've read a lot of reviews and.... wow! Although I do agree with a lot of them, Ms. Thanesha is a very willing and str8 forward, considering person. She is really easy to communicate with and she does help if she can. Understand this ppl, this again a new management co., they dont know us, so THEY!!! dont care. & Ms. T, she is our voice to them.On a positive side the area is peaceful, comfortable, and offers nice amenities. Ms. T has my vote!!

The worst place to live! Parkview use to be quiet and nice noone bothered anyone. The leasing agents were awesome. Now they are charging over 800 dollars for units that have appliances that dont work, raggedy doors and cabinets. Everyone had mold in there apartment in which we the tenants were expected to clean it ourselves and I have asthma! Richie is very nice and caring but since leasing agents keep changing this place is going downhill. You get a violation for everything because someone says you did something ,even if it's not true. They neither investigate or seek proof.It comes down to feeling harrassed by the leasing office. If you can please please please avoid this place please do. Spend that money somewhere worth 800+ a month.
