Park Valley Apartments

The apartments are partially renovated with flooring, carpet, and kitchen appliances, but the construction of the units is poorly done with cheap materials. I’ve had to have several gaps in the baseboards sealed, pipes under sinks, around bathroom faucet pipes, shelves are crooked or don’t fit and warping in all closets, paint is peeling everywhere you can see and feel layers of paint on the walls and crown molding, balcony is falling apart and the unit was not clean. Forget about using the gym it closes when the office closes and Sunday office hours are for touring by appointment only. The leasing agents are grossly unprofessional and unresponsive (with the exception of Janelle) and their online approval platform is very problematic. Had a tour with Jianna and it was probably the best experience I’ve had with leasing agents. The amount of information and attention to detail she had was so helpful. Highly recommended! My experience at Park Valley Apartments has been fantastic so far. From the seamless and stress-free move-in process solely due to Mrs. Ashley (The absolute best!!) I had the pleasure of working with me. She walked me through the entire process. Even during the walk through of the apartment I was interested in she saw a minute detail in the kitchen I didn't notice and had maintenance come fix it before my move in. She showed me a level of patience and professionalism which is rare nowadays. What I love most: The maintenance team is truly on point. She showed me around the entire Park Valley complex with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect home for me and my son with his school just 5 minutes away and my office within 10! Her kindness, dedication, and warmth made this experience truly special. I am extremely excited to settle into my new home and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone! So this is my first time renting an apartment and the process was so easy. Ashley was our main helper and she did phenomenal. She was so sweet and kind and answered all our questions and really cared about us as an individual and I can’t wait to live at Ashley Park.
