Park Valley Apartments

Park valley had been like a true birth stone for me and to see that it's still standing around after so many years is amazing. With new management that is around here now, I give the biggest and most gracious thanks to the 3 people that keeps it running, Tyrone Wright(maint.sup), Ms. Nicole Campbell(propertyan.), and the trusted Van( that's all I know lol). But these three people make it more homie like.....well to a wonderful family at park valley stay blessed and prayed up God has us all

I wouldn’t recommended! I stayed a year. It was okay, it’s definitely definitely not worth the price you’re paying. The apartment I got wasn’t like the one I was shown. And maintenance isn’t the best. The pool hasn’t been open in a long long time idc what they tell you. The entire year I stayed here it hasn’t ever been open. My work orders get ignored. And now the complex is trying to charge me for a door they did poor patchwork on; That I never damaged in the first place but I digress. You do get messages and updates as too what’s going on but that’s pretty much it.

Super quiet neighborhood. The new management has been great about staying in communication and sending out any information needed for the neighborhood. I believes she’s the assistant property manager but she is super helpful and always finds a solution when I have a problem.

Was very happy with the tour that I received on today.Ms.Tiffany was very helpful with helping me with application process. I am going to be so Happy to be a resident at park Valley. Also the grounds were so clean could not believe it by it being so many apartments.

I am over 60yrs old and this is the worse place I ever lived. I've complained about the mounds of trash, the dog poo in the breezeways, unleashed dogs walking around, not having hot water for 3wks, the terrible roaches, people lighting fires on the balcony under me, etc. Looks are deceiving so don't let the pretty trees fool you. To make matters worse they increased my rent by almost $200...HERE HAS NEVER BEEN A WORKING POOL IN 4 YRS. THEY LIE AND IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN.
