Great place to live. Metro is just a block away. Major grocery stores and local restaurants are steps away. The management care about residents and packages are stored and delivered safely.

My roommate and I just moved to the community this past week and we absolutely love it!!!! All of the tenants have been SO friendly and what’s better than seeing dogs everyday?! It’s clean, extremely walkable, the roof is spacious and the gym is new and beautiful. Jonnathan has gone above and beyond from the minute we met him and he gave us the tour of our unit. We adore this building!

During my stay there, I enjoyed the ease of access to all good things in and around 14th st. The personnel were friendly and remember you. Deliveries say if in large volume, get dropped in your apartment. The terrace was the best part, especially a good view in all seasons. The amenities like gym could improve, as can few of the interiors and decors. Having your bedroom face the Kenyon could be noisy (especially at nights!) at times when the ambulance/EMS services go by. Overall, enjoyed my stay there. Thanks to Norman and all the staff for making our stay memorable.

I have been a tenant with Park Triangle for 3 months. Since the beginning of my stay here, I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of the apartments (concrete floors, great insulation, high quality building materials), as well as the care and service by staff. Another perk that can't be ignored is the convenience factor! This place is literally a stones throw away from shopping, grocery and metro. The little details such as the door-to-door package delivery, the fact most maintenance requests completed with 24 hours, and the coffee in the lobby every morning really make it a 5 star experience. I fully recommend Park Triangle for tenants of all ages looking for a good place to live, responsive but not overbearing management, and good value for the money. I am very happy with my
