Park Trail Apartments

During my visits to Park Trail, it has been quiet and peaceful. Children have been playing outside. The residents I have met have really nice things to say about Brad in maintenance. Angie, the office manager, is always friendly.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it! Angie is the best and always so helpful! The complex is quiet, feels safe and the neighbors are friendly. The best place to live in Shelbyville.

This happened months ago after I applied and or was about to move into this apartment complex. I Had a bad experience when it came to finishing up the paperwork to move in. After doing the application in the apartment complex office, i asked the manager, Angelia if anyone had applied for the 2 bedroom unit i was applying for, she had told me that I was the first to apply for it and that the reservation fee would secure my name down for that unit when it would become available in the coming month. Skip ahead a month and a half to the day before my move-in date, I go back to the office, and I was told that they didn’t have any two bedroom apartments ready or available for me. Hey y’all! I’ve lived here at PARK TRAIL for 4 years!! Let me tell you about it!! When I first moved in here, the move-in process was so smooth, Well, about as smooth as it could be. lol There were a few hiccups that had nothing to do with me or the management team. It was simply equipment and appliances that hadn’t arrived on time. And paint dries really slow in cold weather(I moved in, in late October) The person that I dealt with the most was Ginny. At the time she was not the Main property manager, but she was the one that walked me through the process And handed me my keys!
