Paddock Ridge Apartments

I have just renewed my lease for the 3rd year and I love it here. I hope this will be my forever home. The manager, Aryan and maintenance work very hard to ensure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. They have always been pleasant to deal with. The property stays clean. Never any trash around. It’s very quiet. The swimming pool is so nice in the summer. I have no complaints. Would highly recommend.

Since the new manager has been there for 3 years or so it has been great. Everything stays so clean and quiet. She is super friendly. Always willing to listen and help. The manager before Aryan wasnt friendly at all. I feel safe here and hope I never have to move. I love it here. Aryan is a great manager. She stays on top of things unlike a lot of other apartments near by

I cannot say enough good things about the office manager Ms. Aryan. From day one, she has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear she truly takes pride in her work and cares about the residents. Having someone so organized and attentive in the office makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Well managed and very nice I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I love it. If we have had any issues they are addressed immediately. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an apartment. They also have a pool and playground for your littles.

Nice place to live very quiet. Very well maintained. Aryan the manager is wonderful, very professional and takes great care of the property. I highly recommend this place to live.
