Park Thirty99 Apartments

I’ve been here about a year the office staff, amazing. maintenance, also amazing. great staff in general, they are always making sure you’re taken care of anyone who’s ever had a negative thought or issue with these people most likely brought it up upon themselves and it was one sided. This place has been nothing but great. On top of that they are very understanding they make sure if there’s an issue it usually gets taken care of as soon as possible. If I could rate 10 stars I would ! Big shout out to Erika have never had such an amazing property manger!

I never do Google reviews but today is going to be that day. I have lived at Park 3099 for a year and a half now. I moved in right after a divorce. I was sad and scared, but I wanted something that I could be proud of. I have never loved my home more than I love this apartment. It is absolutely beautiful, maintenance is absolutely out of this world and will literally respond to a maintenance request at 2 AM if Something goes down in the middle of the night like my heat did last winter. The office people… Also out of this world. I faced a financial hardship last winter and was extremely late on my rent For a few months, with only being able to pay what I could each week and they were beyond patient with me, kind, never once belittled me, or tried to force me out. When we lived there we notified them of not having power to half our apartment and having massive leaks running down the walls for over three months nothing was done with notifying the office multiple times with pictures and now that we moved out they are trying to claim we damaged the apartment when they refused to fix the problems. Be careful renting with them.

We have lived here for just about a year now and haven't had any issues living on this property. I wouldn't read too much into the bad reviews. Maintenance has always been prompt whenever we have had an issue, and Management here has always been polite, respectful and has always had good communication. Recently we had an issue involving one of our vehicles and the towing company i assume they are contracted with. The vehicle had been involved in a wreck on new circle and we ended up having to have it towed back here as it couldn't sit on new circle. Well Metro towing didn't like that apparently even though the vehicle had a valid parking pass on it. They had stickered it for removal in the middle of the night. We had called Metro and explained what happened and we couldnt get in touch with

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The community is well-maintained and very comfortable. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and I want to give a shout-out to Erica — she’s been incredibly helpful. Her professionalism and kindness really make a difference and make this place feel like home.
