Absolutely horrible. It's basically the projects now. The old apartment manager was sometimes rude but she at least didn't let ghetto disruptive people run amok. Good luck if you have any dangerous or disruptive neighbors, you're on your own, they don't care however many times you complain. Apartments themselves are falling apart, moldy, parts of ceiling falling apart, plumbing is terrible, paper thin walls, way overpriced for lack of quality, they'll probably be condemned in a decade or so. If you're unemployed, a trouble maker, and all around inconsiderate drug-addled trash, this is the place for you. If you're a decent hardworking person, avoid this place like the plague. I BEEN LIVING HERE GOING ON 7YRS AND I LOVE IT HERE. PAM HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY RESPECTFUL AND DOES HER BEST TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY WHO IHAVE. NOW PARK TERRACE EAST IS A WHOLE OTHER BALL.GAME. worse place to live ever, apartment walls are to thin, you can hear everything, to many young people coming in having parties not obeying rules, management and maintenance suck, you tell them all the issues you are experiencing here and they do not want to hear about it, too many incidents occurring here, cops are called constantly the list goes on.

This is a subsidized housing facility. The wait time ranges from 2-5 years. The staff I dealt with is not very knowledgeable so I am sure the process could’ve gone smoother otherwise.

Office manager is always lying , now whole place is for low income if you go over limits your kicked out!
