My wife and I stumbled upon Berks homes during our house hunting search. Initially we were looking at other builders but a few things ultimately helped make our decision. For starters… 1. Brent who is our home consultant is awesome. He discussed each floor plan in detail, helped us stay within our budget which means a lot, and is always willing to accommodate us. Whenever we reach out he responds back in a timely manner but he also sends us updates. Brent has truly shared in our excitement of us becoming new home owners. 2. The selection process with Amy was fantastic. The Berks home gallery is very nice and gives you the opportunity to customize your home how you like. The only drawback is there are not a lot of options for certain styles and items but I think it’s to keep you on track wi

If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible communication don’t follow up on things they were supposed to fix in the house for nearly a year. Try to charge for a HOA did not exist. Tried to backdate the charges. Here are some of the terrible pictures that are broken down crane behind my car for a week that I backed into because they did not fix it or move it. I had to call the police. Do not buy a home from these people. Update I moved out four months ago. I just had a picture of a potted plant that I put out for trash four months ago still in the same spot in the yard. The neighborhood is trash. Berks is terrible.

I am happy to have had this builder, Build my home. Brent was awesome at showing us some model homes, and the general contractor mark walked us through the whole process. And their app for your phone is awesome, to constantly get updates and pictures as they are building your home.

We built in Penn Preserve in May 2025. The Berks Home sales team is incredible. Christine was personable, responsive, and just the sweetest! We would 10000/10 recommend her and would totally work with her again. We also loved working with Taylor, the building supervisor! He walked us through everything from day one all the way to orientation, and continued to follow up after we moved in. Super awesome guy! Minus one star for the absolutely TERRIBLE landscaping company they use. Our entire neighborhood was awful and FULL of rocks! We had to manually remove rocks from our yard for months. they also forgot to put a tree in our yard, so when we called for them to come place one, they destroyed the yard and the grass that was growing without saying anything or fixing it.
