Park Street Lofts

I've only been a tenant for a few months, but these lofts are simply amazing! They are beautiful, very spacious and fully equipped. Newly renovated, hard wood floors with stainless steel appliances. Located minutes away from Downtown Springfield and other nearby attractions. Parking space is provided, with a heated garage. Laundry is on site with safe camera monitoring system. Management is great and extremely responsive, neighbors are also very friendly!

Starting a new job locally, moving from over 600 miles away, and finding a place to live in person can be challenging and confusing. Everything isn't always as it appears in pictures, but the Park Street Lofts are exactly what you see in those pictures. Miss Melanie, the property manager appears to be of the hardest working, most honest property manager I’ve met, out of all the places I’ve lived. And I didn’t even move in yet! Moving from a great distance poses many challenges, their commitment and service to make my transition easy soars above the rest. Whenever I had an odd or unusual request it is handled quickly. OK so look... The lofts are stunning. I lived in one of the fourth floor lofts for a year and then some, and LOVED my space. Big beautiful airy apartment with skylights, white walls, natural looking floors, white kitchen cabinets, gorgeous lighting, and a balcony. Management is pretty good, and I have to say that they got better with responding the longer I was there. But, like with all things that seem to good to be true, there's a couple of catches, and you need to know about these before you move in. Let's start with the homeless men that sleep in the atrium. There's a door from the street that anyone can open, that opens into a little atrium with the call box and a locked door that needs a fob to open.
