I am very pleased with the process of purchasing my home with Park Square Homes in Tarpon Bay. I would especially like to thank Maxine Smith for her excellent customer service during this process. She answered all of our questions from beginning to end. My wife and I are now homemakers because of her commitment to helping out. I purchased my new Park Square Townhome in Waterset back in September 2019. I finally closed on July 20, 2020. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, there were a lot of trials and tribulations and stress beyond belief. I had sold my previous home in 4 days after placing it on the market. My new home was 3 months from being completed. I work very close to my new home and drove past it almost every day. I would stop by at lunch to see the progress. Were there mistakes? yes. Required me to put down $15,000 with Park Square, the builder not the lender. (8 months ago in February) to start, was told that my house would be done by this month (October) and this is how it looks today (attached in general pictures). I have proof from the day I purchased my lot and I saw which lots were/ were not sold (also attached, lots sold as of Feb 21st) . And for some odd reason the homes sold after mine seem to be months ahead. As for the “preferred” lender, they will take you for a ride ask you for the same things multiple times from multiple people to the point where it becomes a part time job and this is with excellent credit.
