Park Square at Seven Oaks

I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.The location of the apartment is in a prime community. Brenda Gonzalez (the manager )is very professional, genuinely cared about the residents’ comfort. Damian and the maintenance team are very helpful and always cares for resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-maintained and well-managed place to stay.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Park Square at Seven Oaks! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The leasing team is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire application process a breeze. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I especially love the high-end finishes, the open floor plan, and the natural light that floods the space. The amenities are top-notch – the pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the fitness center has everything I need for a great workout. I have lived here for over 5 years, and it has been an incredible experience. The neighbors are friendly, the green areas are always well maintained, and Madison, the manager, is professional and excellent at her job. The maintenance team responds immediately to any request, making living here even better. The entire complex is always spotless, which adds to the great living experience. Plus, there’s a dog park, making it perfect for pet owners! Additionally, the community events they organize several times a year are simply fantastic with live music, drinks, activities like paint and sip, cookie decorating, and much more. This apartment complex definitely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Since recently moving to Bakersfield alone for a new (and my first!) job opportunity as a recent college grad, Park Square has been such a welcoming and luxurious first “home.” I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here thus far and appreciate how clean and well maintained everything remains, and everyone I have ran into has been extremely kind and welcoming. The pool/bbq area and gym are my favorite and I am very excited for the next couple of months and getting to take advantage of these amenities further. As someone deeply committed to sustainability (as that is my professional career), I also value the fact that there are compost bins. Additionally, at previous apartments parking has always been an issue or an additional fee, but there is plenty of guest parking (covered for residents whic
