Brittany Tuttle is awesome to work with. My son moved here from SC for a job. He found a new construction apartment building and rented an apartment on line. When he arrived the Wednesday before his job started on Monday the apartment was not ready. He needed to get moved in and furnish it before work started. We were frantic! Every apartment we looked at told us it would take at least a week for the application process. We didn’t have a week! So thankful we found Brittany. She worked with us over the weekend to get him in quickly, all while dealing with her own family emergency. My Momma’s heart felt better about leaving him on the opposite coast from our home. If you need a professional, kind and very competent Property Manager, Brittany Tuttle is the lady to ask for.

I own three different rentals. Having gone through two previous property management companies, and had to drop them due to poor management, I can tell you that Parkshore is THE BEST! I have been with them for about 2.5 years and their response is always immediate. They use phone, email, text and multiple platforms for communication and will respond well past normal working hours. Not only the fastest responses, answering all my questions, but also actually getting the work orders completed. Brittany and her team are quickly on top of every issue, not only for me, but for my tenants as well! Happy tenants are long term tenants! Which makes for a very happy property owner! ;)

Having the peace of mind with owning a rental property has its stressful times especially during the pandemic. Thanks to Brittany and her staff I was able to focus on work and family and dealing those stressors knowing the property was in good hands. Getting updates on repairs and tenant resolutions in an expeditious manner. All the documents and legal paperwork I didn’t have to manage made it perfect. Being new to owning a rental property we had our worries and anxieties, but Brittany and her team helped ease the burden of that. Hearing about the horror stories and issues from tenants and nightmare scenario, repairs only added to the list of problems. Her team took care of all the issues while I was pregnant and had other things to worry about. I will definitely have them manage our next rental property as well.

It's disappointing to see how many bad reviews this company has. But I did notice they are from renters or would-be renters and not the property owners. Here is one from a person that owns a group of properties and loves the service they provide.
