Park Shadows

To be honest, the best things about Park Shadows is the peacefulness. Whenever you put in a request the maintenance are on top of it. The office staff is so dope. Very helpful and respectful. You get your bang for your buck. Good place to raise your kids. I have no regrets.

This is John Barrera in apartment unit 222 leaving my review about the front office and maintenance staff. I've been living here for now over 3 years, and I want to humbly and graciously thank each and every lady working the front office who has been supportive and helpful in taking my calls from day 1. God knows, I have called so many times that everyone probably already knows me by heart! LOL. But response times have been absolutely fabulous and informative, and I have always left the conversation with a sense of gratitude and peace of mind! The maintenance crew have all been very great and thorough with helping resolve each and every one of my issues--from a leaky roof to a clogged kitchen sink, and everything else in between. These are some nice apartments. I have been living here for a year. The staffs here are nice and very helpful. If you looking for any 1-3 bedrooms this is a good place to come. Then on top of that they work with their residents.

Great apartment great staff Front people office are so caring they help you resolve your issue as quick as possible same with the maintenance very quick with any issue that you have. The community itself is great love how it’s so green and so many trees and flowers very spacious backyards.

Hands down on of the best tours I have had lately. Looking all over the valley for s forever home, it's hard to find a place that is so welcoming. Not here! I felt so comfortable walking the office. So clean & welcoming. The representative ( Loretta) that helped me was so sweet., informed me about all i needed to know. It was a good choice to tour . Thank you 😊
