Park Row West

My experience with the building management — and especially the maintenance team — has been excellent. They are professional and efficient while maintenaining a friendly approachability. No task is too big or too small, and an issues are addressed immediately. Jean in particular is a gift!

Unfortunately there is no possibility to put 0...I lived here for more then 2 years and during this period we experienced uncountable problems and issues. The worst thing is that we've had mice in the house twice and the management was terrible and completely lacking in understanding e apologies. Obviously, in the local culture, apologizing is an admission of guilt, but we should remember that we are human beings and that interpersonal relationships should come first. In addition to this, we have been requesting for years that gates and cameras be installed, as homeless people, drug users, etc. would climb up the ladders and could get right up to a window next to us (which has happened several times). Great location, excellent staff, maintenance is caring and diligent, and social lounge/cyber cafe is amazing. Fitness center can use more weightlifting equipment (e.g., leg weight machine) similar to the sister building. Bike rack is a little busy.

We have lived in the apartment at Park Row west for one year. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the appliances are new. The staff is extremely friendly and respectful. The maintenance staff is very efficient and responsive. We always received service almost right away. We have enjoyed living here so much.

Moved into Park Row West in July of 2023. The apartment is modern, quiet, and perfectly located. It is across the street from the train station, and I-95 is close by, but not close enough to the point where you hear it. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Any emails or concerns are responded to in a timely manner. The maintenance team includes some of the nicest people to interact with. They actively listen to any concerns and go above and beyond in working on those issues. They also do a great job of explaining what they are doing as they work on things to make sure everyone is on the same page. My partner and I absolutely love living here!
