This place is overpriced for what it has to offer. I lived there for 2 years and I have never had an issue with mold and dust. Not only do all the appliances fail to work at least once a week but you have to call for maintenance but be put in a que and wait as long as a week to get it fixed. Also, the website was the most misleading but it was too late. It showed on the site there was a pool but there wasn't and they also don't have cameras around the property. I had my phone stolen but there was no way to see who stole it. When it was finally time to move out, they scheduled visits in our unit with only a one day notification and there were hidden move out costs. I would NOT live here.
