Park Real Estate Management is a real community staple! Park Real Estate Management is not only a successful property management company but they really invest in their local community- having attended and sponsored many of my events that support women and women of color in the local community. The owner is friendly, approachable, hard working and reliable. I can't say enough good things about this company. Would choose them time and again for property management services!

Errin Humbert was a large part of why we chose a Park RE Management property. She's been with us through the whole process from touring properties, questions, documents, lease signing and still, on to property management. From the beginning, she made me feel confident that any issues would be promptly addressed, and they have been. Maintenance and the plumbers have been top notch as well. We had small move-in issues that were professionally and efficiently repaired, right away. Park uses their website for rent and maintenance requests, which is convenient and easy to use. Rules, explanations are clear and easy to understand and follow. Park Properties is feeling like a well-oiled machine so far. We felt at home before signing the lease.

Shannon at Park Real Estate has been just wonderful! Checking in and seeing what we need, coordinating maintenance services, leaving treats for the dogs on move-in and periodic inspection, and overall warm and friendly. Communication exceeds all previous living situations and it isn’t particularly close!
