Park Pleasant Apartments

I had a great experience with the HVAC technician, Mr. Erick. Even though it was his day off, he still came out and fixed my heater just before the winter storm. He was extremely considerate and made sure a tenant wasn’t left without a working heating system, truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism.

It's very unfortunate that the neighborhood is nice and the community is aswell but the fact that just about every apartment here either has water damage or needs major work in general. I've seen rats in the unit.....I've seen constant leakage and mold.....and it's being over looked on many occasions.....one reason being the fact that the property keeps changing management aswell as them constantly changing the maintenance....nothing ever really gets dealt with ..... the laundry room floods..... there's homeless folk sleeping in there at times......and I can tell you the ppl in the complex definitely report complaints and issues to the rental office/property manager(s) I put an "S" because there has been several..... it's seems there is sooo much going on that nothing is truly be dealt wit

The only positive would be the neighborhood; Mt. Pleasant is quiet most days, has a farmer’s market and a handful of awesome shops and restaurants. Park Pleasant is just not a good place to live. I received my welcome packet and moving checklist the day before I moved in at 4 PM. The unit listed on the package was different from the one I signed to move into. The office said most units were identical, so it wasn’t much of a difference. The welcome packet said that I owed $0 on move in day, but when I get there, I had to pay several fees totaling around $2000. I had the money, but the fact that this amount wasn’t put on any prior notice is an issue. The air conditioner did not work when I moved in last September. I put in a maintenance request to fix it, the request was accepted and marked

The New staff in the office is the best we have had in YEARS..... Chris is very assertive and helpful. Carlos is the man when it comes to getting things fixed. We had a maintenance guy there before I won't mention names and he did absolutely nothing. But when Chris and Carlos came on board stuff started changing for the better. I just wish the other residents would give them a chance. It hurt my heart to hear how some of them treat Chris and Carlos. Some people are just miserable.

PLEASE protect yourselves from this disgusting, unsanitary apartment complex. Living here is literally like moving in with cockroaches and mice. It is the most appalling apartment complex I have ever lived in. If I could give it a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Just a terrible experience overall.
