I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place! Our whole process from getting a tour to finally settling into the unit has been wonderful. Caroline answered every phone call and every question we had before/after signing our lease. She made this process stress free and we felt so welcome here. We really felt like a top priority with their professionalism and Mary Anne made sure everything was ready for us perfectly. This is such a warm community and everything is clean and taken care of at all times. Management even gave me an umbrella on a rainy day as I was walking out one day! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality rental experience and beautifully stunning views of Downtown Lexington. We love our home at park plaza!

She was professional, friendly, and always attentive to my questions and needs throughout the process. Trinity even helped me process my application and switch units all within the same day, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The whole team at Park Plaza was also fantastic — welcoming, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend Trinity and the entire team if you’re looking for a great place to live in downtown LEX.

Park plaza has so far been an absolute dream find of an apartment in Lexington. Great location, great amenities, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Shaunice helped me find my new home in Lexington and she made my move absolutely seamless. I’m excited to keep living here!

From day one this has been a great living experience! Great staff, great residents, great location! I recently had a repair issue and AJ went above and beyond. Adam and the office staff are friendly and responsive even at the busiest of times. The cleaning staff do an excellent job in our public areas. The residents are friendly and I enjoy the feeling of community here as well as the easy access to all downtown Lexington has to offer!

Lydia was beyond amazing and helpful to me!!! It was my first time applying and she helped me with the application and got me in and approved I got everything done in one day!!! She was beyond the sweetest to me and her office was so clean and smelled so good! 1000/10 I recommend!!! This is my first place and she helped me all in one day!!!! Amazing woman and office!! So grateful for everything she did for me!!! GO SEE HER!!!
