Park Place Tempe

I wasn’t sure where I was going to live next year until I met Kaylee Brown. She gave me a tour of Parkplace and truly made the experience stand out. It wasn’t just about showing the apartment. She took the time to explain everything that makes living at Parkplace such a great choice and all the benefits that come with it. Because of her, I signed on the spot. I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through the process. I hope she stays there for a long time helping others see why Parkplace is such a great place to live. Thank you Kaylee for all your hard work. I look forward to seeing you around when I move in next year.

I’ve lived at this apartment for 3 years. The staff is absolutely incredible and always puts the extra effort to remember names / familiar faces. Maintenance is super quick and the complex is super clean. Definitely recommending signing! They also do fun events in the complex.

Very nice housing if you’re looking for something close to ASU campus. Kaile was great answering my questions and concerns when touring Park Place. It sure feels good knowing my son will be in a safe, secured place, minutes away from campus.

Kaile was awesome throughout my experience at Park Place! She made the touring and application process so easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. I lived at Park Place Tempe for 2 years and those 2 years were some of the best. The living felt modern and clean, maintenance was super efficient and easy to deal with, and the staff make sure to provide a great sense of community with events. More specifically a big shoutout to Emilie on the staff, she was always pleasant to talk to, made sure any questions I had were answered, and you can tell she had a real passion about her job. All of the amenities were clean and cared for like the gym and pool. More specifically, I ended up using the Park Place gym more than my gym I’m a member at the equipment was modern and clean. The pool was a great place to meet some of the residents and the grills were awesome out there. Having access to printers and a study room was also amazing and helped me
