Finally here to leave a review. We rented through park place and it was an absolute nightmare. Brittany and Kelli are both disgustingly unprofessional, not sure how Brittany even got this job.. A rock has better customer service skills. Their property at 2037 Laburnum Avenue is riddled with mold if you live there and feel like you're dying. I'll add pictures, I think the mold is the only reason we got our entire deposit back. They told us to put on a jacket when our heat wasnt working and it was 45 degrees in our apartment. We fell through rotting stairs on the property. They take your money and act like you're inconveniencing them when you have a maintenance request. We finally started to threaten to sue because they wouldnt do anything, thats when we received a bogus notice to vacate "du

The process with Park Place Realty was smooth and streamlined from start to finish. I had a minor issue with an exterior faucet, and they addressed it right away with no hassle. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism—highly recommend!

Just finished a 14 month stay at one of their properties. Never had any problems. Ginger and Brittany were always quick to respond, even on a weekend when I was having an issue with my toilet. Great to work with and would recommend them!!

My finance and I rented our first home together through Park Place and it was a nightmare. Kelli and Brittany both were very unprofessional and not helpful during our time in our home. Maintenance request were overlooked or dismissed… When we were moving out Brittany was very rude, unprofessional and accusatory. I would not recommend this company to ANYBODY. If you do decide to go with them, good luck. They like praise (must be people they personally know and asked for help getting good reviews or paid someone to leave something nice) but can’t take the criticism. Bottom line: don’t waste your time with this snake company.

Park Place are incredible. My family and I are somewhat new to the area. After living for 2 years with a negligent and neglectful landlord, the bar was set pretty low. But we could not have foreseen how responsive, thorough, and courteous Park Place has been. They are always available in some capacity -- be it answering questions, making repairs, or addressing emergencies with promptitude and efficiency. They are networked with integrous and skillful contractors, and their commitment to both the tenant and the owner is exemplary. Happy tenants are invested in the care of their dwelling. And if I owned a rental property, I would look no further for property management than Park Place Realtors.
