Park Place Apartments

I had an amazing experience working with Christy at Park Place Apartments! From the very beginning, she was so welcoming, patient, and professional. She has such a wonderful positive attitude and truly went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make the entire leasing process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Christy genuinely cares and it shows in everything she does. She made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend asking for Christy if you’re looking to lease here!

I don’t currently live at Park Place Apartments, but I feel compelled to speak on Christy’s professionalism and character. I’ve known Christy to be responsible, respectful, and someone who genuinely cares about people. She takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping others. She’s organized, reliable, and handles difficult situations with maturity and grace. In any workplace, having someone dependable and solution-oriented is a huge asset. From what I’ve seen, Christy is exactly that. She deserves to be recognized for her work ethic and commitment.

I moved out of these apartments due to many issues not being resolved with the office and maintenance. Everytime I went to Kaitlyn with my issues she had a rude and snotty attitude. I asked for her bosses info and she refused to give it to me. Anytime I call she doesn’t answer or respond to my emails. The office is closed half the time or Christy is working alone. I have no idea how Kaitlyn even got the promotion to manager after all of the unprofessionalism and complaints on her. None of the other residents like her and have had the same experience. The only time I got in contact with someone and was shown any kind respect was from Christy at the front desk. She always was nice and apologetic to my bad experiences there. 1 star review overall but for Christy 5 stars. I would never move ba

Really enjoyed the application process. Their leasing agent, Miss Christy is wonderful. She saw it through that we got into our new place with no issues. The maintenance/repair workers have been super welcoming in our building. Only negatives we have found is there is only one dumpster for all of the apartments, other apartment complexes have a dumpster for every couple of buildings. Park place has ~9 buildings, each having 8+ units and only one dumpster which is questionably far from a lot of the units.

When my husband and I were apartment hunting for our first apartments, Park place matched everything we were looking for. Good rent, included amenities and appliances, and a fantastic management team made it our dream apartment. The team made it painless and easy to get us moved in and settled as well. My personal tour was given by Christy who did an excellent job and helped me through every step of the process.
