Park Place Apartments

The landlord will try to screw you out of your money every chance she gets. Theres always a lack of communication or just NONE at all. She doesnt hire licensed electricians/plumbers to fix ANYTHING, she takes months to even fix something you need done. She doesn't uphold any of the maintenance on the buildings correctly. She does not do pest control correctly. Just a guy who comes and sprays roundup when you call about roaches. The buildings either have a roach or spider infestation, specifically brown recluses. Floors are sinking in several places. She does not care about her tenants wellbeing. And if you pay in cash, at some point she will try to say you did not pay your rent. I could go on and on about this place. If you can avoid living here, do so.

Week 2 of having no hot water, 5th attempt by the local handyman the landlord sent to fix it he just shut my water off. ive had no water at all for 2 days now. i have to drive up the road to use the bathroom, and have been peeing in my sink. my son uses a bowl. he's 5 and has not taken a bath in 2 weeks due to this situation. I'm pretty sure we're headed to court over this.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've been here going on 3 years and the manager always has an excuse for everything. She says one thing and does another and it must be the cheapest option not necessarily the safest. There has been so many maintenance people that are usually drunks or on major drugs. They don't show up on time. The first day we moved in the maintenance guy let my cat out and he was lost for over 6 months in which I still paid cat fees for. No pool since living here. Was told when moved in she couldn't prove who had a covid vaccine and it's never been opened. It took 3 months and a "I'm not paying you" to get a bedroom light in my room and now 5 months to get an ac fixed that has been given many excuses from "maintenance quit", "it broke in winter I can't fix it" "you didn't te

These apartments used to be a great place to live, but since the new owners took over it have been nothing but downhill. They have a pool that they never opened it since they took over. They avoid phone calls about maintenance, so you have fix the issue yourself or go without. They no longer clean up after the tenants move out (as shown in pictures). After talking with tenants a lot of them have black mold issues. Would not recommend living in these apartments.

Edit : we have lived here 4 months the place is still a mess , the people downstairs have crap everywhere like a freaking junk yard . The land lord is unresponsive & doesn’t care . DO NOT MOVE HERE !! It’s terrible We are just moving into here , we came from out of state .we paid a deposit & a pet deposit 825 & 600$ total . The condition of the apartment is in very poor Condition . Everything is filthy dirty .. stains and rips in carpets , no fresh paint , nail holes in walls , oven & stove are dirty as can be … that’s the tip of the iceberg . I don’t mind a little cleaning , but there are some things I cannot fix (carpet , walls & such) i could cry. THIS PLACE IS TRASH
