If you’re looking for a quiet, affordable place with good neighbors and a helpful property manager, this is not it. Tim, the property manager, is arrogant, lazy, rude, disrespectful, and a bully with a Napoleon complex. He enforces rules but follows none, harasses tenants, and even stalks people if he doesn’t get his way. He stomps around his apartment day and night and his dog constantly barks. He blames it on his wife’s bad knees, but I’ve seen her run up and down the stairs carrying groceries and their dog. They stomp so hard pictures have fallen off my walls, breaking and leaving scratch marks down to the baseboards (I have photos). Tim’s apartment and a neighbor’s had roaches that spread into ours. We had to spray, use traps, and powder to get rid of them. An exterminator even said w

Me and my family moved in, in October and we could not be happier with the apartment and overall experience of the place. We had been looking for a place and were on a short time frame. The first time we look here we knew it was the place we wanted to be at. The property manager Tim was also a big help to us during the process of moving in and overall has been very nice and is very adamant about keeping to the lease and rules set in place by the property owners. Which is explained throughly and when you get your lease you have to initial every page to insure that you understand and have read it completely.

If your looking to rent here, take my advice and don't do it. Management is a revolving door of people who are less than kind and compassionate towards tenants. Tim (the current property manager) is on whole other level though. A couple months back I had to be picked up due to having COVID and in the midst of walking inside I had almost tripped in a pothole on the property. Being concerned that someone else may trip I brought it to Tim who questioned if I was even a resident at the complex because he had been there longer than me. After convincing him that I was indeed a active tenant he responded to my request to fix it with "Just don't step in it" and "Why did you step in it". Getting him to even come to a solution was difficult. Eventually after fighting with him he said he would get to

Me and my girlfriend recently moved out of these apartments. This review would have been a 4-5 star rating, if not for the fact that I am being charged $70 for "damages and cleaning", and I am not getting my security deposit back. I had expected to lose some of my security deposit due to cleanliness, as I know we left some floor unswept, some walls were a little messy, and overall we moved in a little bit of a hurry. But I know we did not leave any egregious damages. We even spent the time to patch and paint any holes from screws and nails, and yet we are still out the $600 deposit and they still expect us to pay them $70 on top of that. Unless I am able to get proof of any damages I unknowingly left that would equal to more than the deposit I gave, I will never rent from this property or

Upon moving into Crimson Landing, my spouse and I were genuinely impressed. The website sparkled, the sales pitch was polished, and the property manager at the time talked a very big game. For a brief moment, it actually felt like we were moving into the “luxury community” they so proudly advertise. Reality set in about a year later, once we started getting neighbors above us and on both sides. That’s when we discovered that these apartments were apparently constructed with the acoustic integrity of wet cardboard. The upstairs tenants are so heavy-footed that glass picture frames and wall décor have literally fallen off our walls and shattered. Not figuratively. Literally. The adjoining bedroom wall might as well not exist—I can hear our neighbors talk, yell, burp, fart, and cough like th
