Park Place Apartments

While the Park Place Apartments are updated and a relatively safe place to live, there are a few cons to consider. First, the maintenance team is very bad at communication. I requested maintenance this past year and left certain days and times that they were allowed to enter my apartment. They did not arrive any of those days or times and instead entered my apartment on a different day without my consent. They had a longer-term washer repair project and I received no updates as to the progress of the project and had to call the management office daily for updates. They would continually call my mom's phone number instead of my own and when the repairs were finally complete they told me by leaving a note on my desk written in sharpie on a piece of my toilet paper. I am not one to really go on here and recommend places. However, Park Place Apartments is by far the best place I have ever lived in Eugene. The management is wonderful and always there to help. Maintenance is also very kind and responsive. I've lived in many places in Eugene over these past years and I have had bad experiences at all of them. But I have no complaints about this place. Great place to live!
