Park Pacific Luxury Apartments

From the very beginning, Leah was our tour guide and she was absolutely amazing—professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the building. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Jamal was also a huge help during our approval process, assisting us every step of the way with care and professionalism. Leah, as well as Jamal and the rest of the staff, have really impressed us throughout our move. We came from out of state and in the months prior to arriving Leah readily answered my (many) emails and phone calls promptly and thoroughly. The 24hr concierge has been invaluable. I misplaced my garage fob as we were moving in and Jim was so helpful getting us in the building. I can't imagine the nightmare we would've been in without these services. On top of everyone being very nice and helpful we feel incredibly safe. There are some interesting characters in the surrounding parks and everyone keeps to themselves, yet, it's so comforting knowing the building is secure and monitored 24hrs a day. Jamal and Leah went above and beyond to accommodate for my roommate and I during move in. Park Pacific is in good hands under the leasing office's leadership. Not only are the staff members well-informed and attentive, it is clear they are truly good humans. In turn, the community at PP is amazing! Everyone is welcome and helpful. The unit itself is dreamy, spacious, and historic meshed with modern. It is a great place to call home!

From the very beginning, he gave me a thorough and welcoming tour of the building that made me feel confident and excited about my decision. I've been living at Park Pacific for a month, and it has been far and away the best apartment experience I've had. The building is in great shape, the parking garage is secure and convenient to access, and the service is outstanding. Throughout the application process, lease signing, and move-in, Jamal went above and beyond to make sure that any questions I had were answered, even coming in on a Sunday to show me around on my move-in day. I cannot stress enough how friendly and accomodating Jamal and the rest of the staff have been. As a SLU Law student, the proximity to the law school makes day-to-day life much easier.
