Park on Bell Apartments

As my lease comes to an end, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for such a great living experience. From the very beginning of my apartment search, Allie was incredibly helpful and made my move-in process quick and easy. I also want to recognize Norma, Sheila, and Jason — they have all been amazing to work with throughout my time here. I never experienced any issues with my apartment, and maintenance was always quick and efficient when completing work orders. Living at Park on Bell was especially meaningful to me, as this was my first apartment, and it truly created a wonderful experience for both me and my family. I would absolutely consider renting here again in the future. Thank you all so much for everything!

I moved in on 5/1/2024 and wanted to wait a month prior to writing a review in case I found flaws and I have to say that I am just as impressed at the end of the month as I was on my move in date, little has changed. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. They go out of their way to be helpful and accommodate your every need. My apartment was immaculate, I mean I could not find one flaw, even the carpet was brand new. Sheila, Allie, Jason and everyone thank you for making my move in so easy and stress free, you all rock! The property is well managed and so clean. All apartments are pricey right now but I would rather pay for a community that truly cares . I've been a resident on park on bell going on 12 yrs now, and have no plans to relocate. It's a very nice property that's kept in tip top shape by the maintenance crew. The maintence crew is, and always has been available the same day or very next day for any call l've placed to them, and the entire staff, including the property manager Jason is awesome! He is wonderful and a real animal lover. The whole property he has taken the time to personally decorate with bird feeders, butterfly gardens and a dog park. Whenever you place a call to the leasing office, the gals are always super friendly and helpful. Lastly, Park on Bell has an official mascot, being a dog named Pepe (the property managers own pup)! I’ve really loved living here! It’s such a comfortable, welcoming community, and the fact that it’s pet friendly makes it even better. My dogs settled in right away — the neighbors are kind, and there’s plenty of space for walks and playtime. The staff always greeted us by name and truly care about the residents (and our pets!). Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything always feels clean and safe. It really felt like home here. Truly miss the staff and number one employee,Pepe.

I wanted to live here at least a week before I wrote my review so I had a better feel for the place. 9 days in, and this place is the best apartment experience I've ever had. I've lived in 5 states over 30 years, so I've got some mileage and history. 9 days here, and I have haven't heard a neighbors tv, music or conversation through the walls, its amazingly quiet! I know people are on both sides of me, because I've seen them coming and going. I picked top floor so I didn't have people above me, but this place is so well built, I bet that wouldn't be an issue. The rental process was the easiest ever. I toured with Norma on Wednesday, getting to see the actual apartments that were ready, not just a model. I applied that night at 6pm. I was approved and signed a lease the next day at 11am,
