First The Management team Jessica King & Latasha ARE FANTASTIC! Any problems I ever had they were there to always fix them in a timely manner! Jessica is very understanding & will work with you through any problem ! I THANK PARK NORTH SO VERY MUCH ! 🫶🏼 This apartment is fantastic! The management is super responsive, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. The amenities are well-maintained, and the community vibe is welcoming. I especially love the convenient location, which makes commuting a breeze. Overall, a great place to live!

So many people was telling me don’t move here because of violence and I was terrified. But I’ve actually come to like it! I’m in a newly remodeled unit and I rarely have issues. When I do, Maintenance comes right away and resolves it! I’ve learned that if you mind ya business and stay to yourself, you can make the best of anything. Only thing I don’t like is how the parking lot is made and it has no lights (really dark at night) You hear just as many gun shots as you do in any area in STL. You got ya typical neighbors being loud every now and again like normal. But These are downfalls of renting at apartment complexes. When you stay prayed up, God covers you! Make the move and create your own experience! If you don't like it, at least you tried for yourself!

Jess has been one of the best property managers that has worked here by far!! She listens to you she understands your situation when you are facing a rough time and she really communicates and open up to her residence. I can honestly say that I now have a property manager that actually cares about my well-being here at Park North💕💕We love you Jess KP

I'm so excited to move in this summer, I was so amazed to find these one story apartments, no carpets, updated appliances WITH A BASEMENT! Its everything I could ever want in a rental property! The Staff were fun and informative to work with. Every time I ride through this neighborhood on a warm sunny day it so many people with their kids. I cant wait to be apart of this community

Very unprofessional first they came to my house to do an unscheduled inspection on Halloween I told maintenance I didn't receive a email about an inspection he told me jessica said if I had a problem with it call her a few days later maintenance comes again claiming they needed to do a routine spray but they already sprayed 3 weeks prior to this so I turned down the spray then im at work and I receive a notice from my portal that the office had made a maintenance request then canceled it they keep trying to get into my place and I reached out to them Nov 17th and tried to see if I can sign a 3 month lease instead of a full 12 and still no response that was the last straw that's clearly a sign for me to leave I do not recommend walls are thin I can hear the neighbors having sex and the l
