Park Naylor Apartments

When my children and I lived here, it was great. I moved out and haven't been able to get back in since simply because most folks dont leave PN. I'm hoping to get back in. Apartme ts are spacious and the balacony/ patio is a plus.

Avoid at all costs. The building is in poor conditions and the staff is so rude. When I first went to tour the apartment, the lady asked me if I can afford the apartment, which is extremely rude for the first time. Also, the building constantly has bullet holes in the building and the tenants are extremely disrespectful. The building smells like drugs and ciggerettes. Not safe for families and woman. Avoid please

Hello I have been at Park Naylor for 10 years I never had a problem there it's quiet, clean no rodents I feel safe when I call the leasing office they always answer my call maintenance respond quickly when I put in a work order Office staff always pleasant

Since the 12 years I have been living on the property I have never had a problem with the building been unlock or Lottering or people hanging out in the hallway . I feel safe leaving and coming any hours of the day or night If given the opportunity i will continue to stay right here. When i moved here my credit score wasn't that great. but management gave me the opportunity to work on it and come back to resubmit my application. The best kept secret i love it going on two years and no problems anytime I need anything they are always on time and gets things done.
